Rachel Donath is looking for a proactive, highly organised Supply Chain & Customer Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This hands-on role will oversee supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, delayed order management, and claims and returns, while ensuring our customers receive clear, proactive communication and thoughtful solutions. Working closely with our Head of Operations, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Senior Business Development Manager (VIC)
Rachel Donath is seeking a highly connected and commercially ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business across our growing multi region business. This outbound focused role will build strategic relationships, identify new markets and project opportunities, and grow our existing trade network, with a particular focus on hospitality, commercial and multi-residential projects. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong existing industry relationships who is excited by the opportunity to open doors, build our project pipeline and play a key role in the next phase of Rachel Donath’s growth.
Rachel Donath is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our growing multi-region business. Reporting directly to the Founder, this hands on role combines financial operations with strategic responsibilities including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. We are looking for a CPA qualified professional who is excited by the opportunity to build robust financial systems and provide the insights that will support our next phase of growth.
