This relationship led role is centred on delivering an elevated and highly personalised client experience, with a focus on clientelling, hosting and nurturing long term relationships with private clients, interior designers and trade partners. Working within a beautifully considered retail environment, you will guide clients through thoughtful purchasing journeys while contributing to the growth of our showroom and the continued evolution of an iconic Australian design brand.
Rachel Donath is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our growing multi-region business. Reporting directly to the Founder, this hands on role combines financial operations with strategic responsibilities including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. We are looking for a CPA qualified professional who is excited by the opportunity to build robust financial systems and provide the insights that will support our next phase of growth.
Assistant Store Manager (Melbourne)
Rachel Donath is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the launch of our first flagship store in Hawksburn Village, Melbourne. This role will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated client experience, lead day to day store operations and help build a refined, high performing retail environment. Ideal for someone with premium retail experience and a passion for interiors, design and customer experience.
