Client Care Assistant (Melbourne, Full Time - Hybrid)

We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Assistant to support our wholesale, trade, and retail clients with exceptional service and seamless order fulfilment.

About the Role

This full-time hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 days from home) offers flexibility while playing a vital part in ensuring our clients experience the premium service that defines our brand. Reporting to the Sales and Operations team, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a detail oriented, service led environment and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service and claims support for wholesale accounts

  • Triaging the customer service inbox and ensuring timely responses

  • Managing wholesaler stock feeds and supporting wholesale deliveries

  • Coordinating and collating customer claims across wholesale, trade, and retail into the claims register

  • Processing returns and stock adjustments in Cin7 and Shopify

  • Overseeing daily order fulfilment and processing orders through to 3PLs

  • Communicating daily with 3PL partners to ensure smooth order dispatch

  • Processing trade applications

  • Providing general support to the sales team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering premium client service. You have excellent communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and are confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or sales support (ideally within wholesale, retail, or design/luxury industries)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail

  • Familiarity with inventory/order management systems (experience with Cin7 and Shopify highly regarded)

  • Confidence communicating with clients and logistics partners

  • A positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
