We’re looking for a Client Care & Operations Coordinator to join Rachel Donath. This hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 days from home) is a blend of operations and client service, supporting everything from production schedules and freight to wholesale, trade, and retail customer care. You’ll be the key link between our manufacturers, logistics partners, and clients , ensuring seamless product flow and delivering the exceptional service our brand is known for.
